KramerThis is to note our pleasure and appreciation for the exceptional craftsmanship work done on our house by Craig Knott and his company, Houseworks Unlimited, on a number of occasions. On each job the quality of the workmanship has been outstanding, due to Craig's skillful management and his conscientious direction of the work. Moreover, all of the work was completed on time and well within the promised times. I should also note our appreciation for Craig's assistance and advise in grappling with the details and complexities in the designs for our several projects. Lastly, I must note that Craig's straight forward and easy going manner makes the relation between builder and owner a pleasant one, something that is a rarity in the construction game.
